Vendors - We have worked years to culminate relationships with quality vendors in the industry that have proven to be the best in their industry.  We work closely with numerous photographers, DJ's, Bands, Florists and many more industry vendors, they go the extra mile for our clients as we work with them on numerous weddings not just one each year.  The vendors will typically provide a disount or extras to our client because of our on-going relationship, which equals to additional savings to our clients.

Complete Event Management.  
  • Location search - Whether you want to be outdoors in indoors, we will be by your side in searching for the perfect location for your wedding....Reception hall, winery, backyard of your home, park, grand estate, historic mansion, rustic barn, resort and spa or a bed and breakfast.
  • Budget planning 
  • Assist with choosing a caterer/ menu's
  • Provide guidance and assist with issues regarding proper etiquette
  • Create a customized binder curtailed to your wedding needs
  • Create a project plan and timelines to keep the pair of you on track
  • Provide reputable vendors for all your wedding needs and attend in person meetings
  • Event and floral design assistance 
  • Assist with choosing all stationery to reflect your style.  Save the dates, Invitations, ceremony booklets, menu cards, pew cards, favor tags, hotel gift bag personalization and itineraries
  • Invitation Service - Included in the full planning, we will assemble your invitations, mail them (client pays for postage), and receive back your RSVP's and track them appropriately throughout the response process - spreadsheets are provided frequently and your RSVP cards are given back to you in a lovely keepsake album.   In addition we will do call backs for non-responders
  • Hotel negotiations and coordinate room blocks and welcome packages  (inquire about our wonderful welcome bags!)
  • Wedding accessories — We will assist in choosing the right accessories to reflect your style - unity candle, aisle runner, napkins, ring bearer pillow, bubbles etc.  We take care of ordering the appropriate amount, personalization etc. for you
  • We take care of deliverering all of your ceremony & reception hall items and set them up for you
  • Create timelines and distribute to all vendors involved with your wedding
  • Create timelines for your bridal party - timelines include hair and make-up times, transporation pick up times and overview of the wedding day so the bridal party is aware what is going on and when.  This is very important as you want your day to run smoothly.
  • Errands - we will run them for you!  Pick up tuxedo's, dress pick-up etc.
  • Hotel and Bus Coordination - We will book the appropriate hotels and B & B's accommodations and book/ coordinate the appropriate bus needs and schedule the appropriate bus schedule and you will have a designated person monitor each bus pick-up
  • Hotel Gift bags - We will deliver them for you ahead of time.  We can create beautiful gift bags for you, inquire on pricing and personalization.
  • We confirm all of your vendors about 7 - 10 days prior to your wedding date, their contractual obligations, provide directions and updates/ changes as necessary
  • Ceremomy set-up - We will set-up all of your ceremony items for you and make sure the flowers and other decor items are correct
  • Reception set-up — We will set-up all of your reception items and oversee all designers contracted
  • Ceremony rehearsal guidance - Onsite to direct the ceremony and provide each attendant a one page tip sheet of the wedding day schedule and our contact information
  • Vendor payments - determine final payments, give suggestions for tips and distribute them as necessary
  • On your wedding day, ensure cocktail hour food ordered is displayed and stations are constantly full and tables are being cleaned!
  • Wedding planner is present on your entire wedding day until your last guest leaves to ensure everything runs smoothly as planned.
  • At close of evening we pack up all of your belongings and deliver them to your specificed vehicle, hotel room or home the following day so the pair of you can whisk away to enjoy your wedding night together - without any worries!
  • Post wedding brunch coordination
  • Tuxedo rental pick up and return service.

You may have booked the hall and a couple of your vendors, now you are starting to feel the stress, maybe your working longer hours, moving or for whatever reason, just don't have the time? - if yes, give us a call.
  • Our initial consultation is to sit down and discuss what you already have done and we put together a "game plan" to get you back on track and move                                                    forward with the wedding planning process 
  • I arrange for us to do a walk through at your ceremony location and reception site to understand your vision and provide any input as necessary
  • Provide reputable vendors as necessary
  • Review vendor contracts, deposits, deadlines and payments
  • Budget planning
  • Create a personalized binder curtailed to your wedding needs and get you back on track and organized
  • Create a project plan/ timeline
  • We will runs errands for you on the week of your wedding so you can relax; dress pick-up, tuxedo pick-up
  • Vendor follow-up to ensure they have the correct times, directions.
  • Handle last minute changes regarding menu, vendors, etc.
  • Deliver and set-up favors and all accessories to the Ceremony hall and Reception hall
  • Ensure proper set-up of food, rentals and decor
  • Hotel coordination of room blocks, transportation arrangements for guests and welcome bags

Tying up the details. You planned your wedding and now you hope it all goes according to plan.  

We typically work with you around 6 - 9 weeks prior to your day, however, please book early to secure your date as this is a popular package.

Your wedding is the most important day of your life and hiring Metro Party Planners to oversee all the details and manage your day is priceless. 

Let us give you peace of mind! So you can relax and enjoy your day.

  • Initial meeting is complimentary to discuss your vision of your wedding day
  • A walk through together at your ceremony location and reception location.  We provide our expert input as necessary.  
  • Coordinator will meet your catering manager and tour the facility to go over logistics, menu, seating, flow of event and confirm your final contract. 
  • It an outdoor wedding, we will visit your site location and with your rental company and catering contact person
  • Review all signed contracts from your pre-selected vendors.  We introduce ourselves to your vendors prior to your wedding day and let them know our role.
  • Confirm all pre-selected vendors, provide directions, provide timeline and confirm contractual obligations
  • Handle deliveries and set-up of ceremony items and wedding reception items (toasting flutes, cake knife and server, place cards etc.)
  • Hotel welcome bag deliveries - we will deliver the welcome bags for you directly to the hotel and B & B's. (We can create beautiful welcome bags for you, please inquire)
  • Bus Coordination for your overnight guests.  Depending upon your needs, we provide a transportation coordinator who will be onsite and handle guests needs for transportation
  • Provide timelines to your attendants for the wedding day
  • Onsite to guide ceremony rehearsal coordination
  • Full wedding day coordination - We are onsite on your entire wedding to make sure attendants and vendors are on schedule and serve as point person, accept all deliveries and audit for accuracy, and make sure all of your hard work goes according to plan
  • Set-up/ decorating - We will set-up ceremony and reception items for you
  • Coordinator tends to bride and groom immediate family and wedding until the last guest leaves the wedding.
  • At close of evening we pack up all of your belongings and deliver them to your specificed vehicle, hotel room or home the following day so the pair of you can whisk away to enjoy your wedding night together - without any worries!
